No Refund Policy

Due to the disposable and one-time-use nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final once the order is placed and processed.

Replacement Policy

We offer conditional replacement only in cases where:

  • The parcel is received in a damaged condition
  • The product is defective upon delivery

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at lilliputs.customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photographs showing the damage
  4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, replacement items will be shipped within 7 working days
  • Shipping costs for replacements will be borne by us
  • The replacement item will be of the same type and quantity as originally ordered

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if damage claims appear inconsistent or manipulated
  • Replacement requests without photographic evidence will not be processed
  • This policy applies only to unused products in their original packaging
