No Refund Policy
Due to the disposable and one-time-use nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final once the order is placed and processed.
Replacement Policy
We offer conditional replacement only in cases where:
- The parcel is received in a damaged condition
- The product is defective upon delivery
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at lilliputs.customercare@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photographs showing the damage
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
Replacement Process
- Once approved, replacement items will be shipped within 7 working days
- Shipping costs for replacements will be borne by us
- The replacement item will be of the same type and quantity as originally ordered
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if damage claims appear inconsistent or manipulated
- Replacement requests without photographic evidence will not be processed
- This policy applies only to unused products in their original packaging
